Please login to your account and click “Account”. This will show you your order history and tracking details when available. Most orders are delivered within a week, worldwide! However, please allow up to two weeks for complex and progressive prescriptions.
Most orders are filled rapidly, so contact us right away at info@Lucyd.co if you’d like to cancel your order. Once you receive your glasses, you have seven days to try them out. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us to begin a return. Our glasses also include a 1 year limited warranty, covering manufacturer defects. If there is a functional problem with your frame or lenses, contact us for a replacement.
Find the frame you like, and on its product page, you'll see a Select Lenses button. Use this to customize your lenses and upload your prescription if needed.
Most prescription orders will ship same or next day, so contact us immediately at info@Lucyd.co.co if there is an issue. If it’s too late to fix your order, you can return your frames to us for refitting (an additional fee may apply).
Lucyd accepts FSA cards on our website. For a wider breadth of insurance options, contact a partner optician near you on our Store Locator who carries Lucyd frames. We also offer 4 and 12 month financing via Shop Pay. For instance, "a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% APR, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks. We strongly recommend ordering glasses only with prescriptions received in the last year, however, prescriptions up to two years old will be accepted. To ensure accuracy, please have a copy of your actual prescription ready - our site does not accept typed in prescriptions.
