Please login to your account at Lucyd.co and click “Account”. This will show you your order history and tracking details when available. Most orders are delivered within a week, worldwide! However, please allow up to two weeks for complex and progressive prescriptions.
Most prescription orders will ship same or next day, so contact us immediately at support@Lucyd.co if there is an issue. If it’s too late to fix your order, you can return your frames to us for refitting (an additional fee may apply).
Most orders are filled rapidly, so contact us right away at support@Lucyd.co if you’d like to cancel your order. Once you receive your glasses, you have seven days to try them out. If you’re unsatisfied, contact us to begin a return. Our glasses also include a 90-day limited warranty, covering manufacturer defects. If there is a functional problem with your frame or lenses, contact us for a replacement.
Lucyd does not accept vision plans, but we do offer them. To learn about our discounted corporate vision plans, please contact email@example.com. Additionally, we offer one and two year insurance on our glasses themselves with our Lucyd Pro plans. You can find details about Lucyd Pro on any of our product pages. You can also checkout with Sezzle to pay for your glasses over time.
We strongly recommend ordering glasses only with prescriptions received in the last year, however, prescriptions up to two years old will be accepted.
